This will give you an overview of BPD with some solutions.

Relapse Prevention: Coping Kit

You will need an index card to complete this assignment. The idea of this coping kit is for you to use when you are experiencing uncomfortable emotions, mood swings, or are having cravings.

Gratitude Journal

This is a monthly gratitude journal, which you are encouraged to write at least two things in the morning that you are grateful for and two things at night that you are grateful for. This will assist you to become more appreciative of your life.

ANT Therapy

Automatic Negative Thought (ANT) will assist you in understanding your cognitive distortions that maybe impacting your daily life. When you have a better understanding of ANT it will be a great coping skill to assist in decreasing your anxiety and depression.
